A&D HOLON Holdings Company, Limited (the “Company”) announces that HOLON CO., LTD. (“HOLON”), a consolidated subsidiary has completed the construction of new factory, which had been under construction since October 2024 and was completed in December 2025.
Background and Future Development of the New Factory
Previously HOLON’s main factory shared the same cleanroom for both development and manufacturing, which imposed certain limitations on advancing both functions. With the establishment of this new factory dedicated to manufacturing, HOLON has significantly expanded the cleanroom area.
This will enable HOLON to build a stable production system capable of meeting future increases in demand, while maximizing the use of the main factory space exclusively for development. By doing so, HOLON will actively promote efficiency in new product development.
The Company will continue to strengthen its structure to support growth in the Semiconductor-related Business and strive to further enhance corporate value.

- Area: Site area: 4,602.64 m2 / Total floor area: 4,241.79 m2
- Structure & Floors: Steel frame construction / 3 floors above ground
- Scheduled Start of Operation: February 2026
