In particular, this is positioned as a strategic investment to enhance sales in North America\u2014a priority region\u2014and to reinforce global engineering capabilities, thereby contributing to the expansion of our global market share.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/strong>Thompson Scale, founded in 1972, is a long-established manufacturer of industrial weighing and filling packaging equipment headquartered in Houston, Texas. Its products are renowned for durability and reliability, with many machines operating stably for over 10 years. Notably, its lineup includes high-precision checkweighers and high-speed multi-lane models equipped, which significantly contribute to strengthening customers\u2019 quality control systems and improving production efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Through this acquisition, we will leverage Thompson Scale\u2019s advanced technological capabilities and strong customer base in the North American market to further enhance our competitiveness.
